Absolutely. All AEME home workouts include low and high impact options, so you can move at a pace that works for you. 

Yes! AEME includes a full range of gym programmes – whether you’re looking to build strength, shape your glutes or follow a structured training plan we’ve got you covered. 

Workouts and recipes are updated every month so there’s always something fresh to keep you motivated — no boredom, no plateaus, just progress.

Yes! We offer recipes that cater to common allergies and intolerances — including dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free options. You’ll also find plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based meals, with more being added regularly so everyone feels included.

To see real results, we recommend a minimum of 4 weeks for our home workout programmes. For online 1-1 coaching, there’s a minimum commitment of 3 months — giving us enough time to build momentum, create lasting habits, and see real progress.
